Shipping Restrictions

Syndicate Arms Shipping information, restrictions, and policies (Revised March 4th, 2023)

Syndicate Arms usually ships via USPS or FedEx. A shipping provider is selected based on the size, contents and value of the product being shipped at Syndicate Arms discretion. If a specific carrier is preferred, please give us a call during business hours from Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm CST and we will attempt to accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Expedited shipping options are available on the shipping information page during check out. Orders with expedited shipping placed by 2pm (Monday – Friday) Central Standard time will be shipped the same business day (ie M-F). (Does not apply to orders with Firearms, Gunsmithing work, or drop-shipped items)

If you did not receive an email with tracking confirmation and would like to know where your order is at you can use our Track My Order system to locate and track your shipment. If you would like us to re-send you your tracking information, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 512-607-4069 with your order number and we can make sure you receive that information. Tracking information with carriers occasionally will not update very quickly, but if you have received an email with tracking, your package is on its way.

Syndicate Arms ships to all 50 states and US territories. Products prohibited by CFR 49 from shipping on aircraft (such as ammunition) will only be shipped to the contiguous 48 states at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

While Syndicate Arms strives to stay current on laws affecting the items we sell, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they know what laws and regulations affect them and the products they are ordering. Below are some of the current restrictions we are aware of, though this should not be treated as a comprehensive or complete list.

Ammunition:

                At this time, we cannot ship Ammunition to Alaska, Hawaii, or any overseas territory due to CFR 49. Additionally, we cannot ship ammunition to PO Boxes. All ammunition is shipped via FedEx Ground, so ensure you are using an address that they can deliver to. Ammunition that is returned due to an un-deliverable address may incur additional fees to re-ship at Syndicate Arm’s sole discretion.

                California and New York residents ordering ammunition must have it shipped to a licensed firearms dealer or ammunition vendor. Please let us know in the delivery notes the dealer you would like to use for this purpose. Alternately you can email that information to us at [email protected] referencing your order number.

                Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New Jersey require ammunition purchasers to have a permit to own/purchase/carry a firearm. Please upload the required documentation with your ID during checkout, or email it to us referencing your order number [email protected]

80%/Unfinished Receivers:

                California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia have all passed laws prohibiting shipment of 80% receivers to customers in these states.

Magazines:

                California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and the District of Columbia have all passed laws restricting the capacity of firearm magazines shipped to customers in the state. There are additional local jurisdictions that have also passed laws restricting magazines.  If you live in one of these locations but are an exempt individual (Law enforcement or Military) please contact Syndicate Defense (Syndicate Defense Contact) to place your order.

Binary Triggers:

                California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia have all passed laws prohibiting the shipment/ownership of Binary and Forced reset style triggers.

Flamethrowers:

                Maryland has prohibited the shipment of flamethrowers to the state, and California residents will need a permit issued by the state Fire Marshal, issued pursuant to Health and Safety Codes 12750, 12751, 12760, and 12761. If you have this permit, please email [email protected] to place your order.

Pepper Spray:

                Certain states have restricted the maximum size of pepper spray container that can be shipped to the state. Please refer to the product page for specific state restrictions.

Taser:

                Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, the District of Columbia, and the US Virgin Islands all prohibit the shipment of Tasers.

                Illinois requires we ship Taser’s to an FFL for a background check

                Michigan residents please upload a copy of your CCW at checkout if you purchase a taser

Byrna Technologies:

                California, Hawaii, New York, the District of Columbia, and Portland Oregon all prohibit the shipment of the Byrna SD kits.

APO/DPO/FPO addresses:

Due to ITAR Regulations, Syndicate Arms, LLC cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations, a shipment for personal use to an APO/FPO/DPO that is physically located outside of the United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.

International shipping

We do not ship internationally. Please ensure you are located in the United States.

 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

If you believe that your order has been lost or stolen based on the tracking information, or your package arrives damaged, please notify us at [email protected] immediately. The longer you take to notify us of an issue, the less that we will be able to do to assist you.

If the package has arrived damage, please take pictures of the damage to the box and any damaged products. Additionally, please inventory your shipment to see if anything is missing due to the damage.

Please note that carriers sometimes will not update tracking information consistently while a package is in transit. Seeing no updates to the tracking information for a few days is unfortunately normal and should not be viewed as an indicator that the package has been lost.
